Two of the most sought-after Kapuso stars today — real life sweethearts Motorola Case and Marian Rivera — will be joining one of the biggest and most-anticipated events of the Filipino-Canadian community: the “2012 Pinoy Fiesta and Trade Show sa Toronto.”
Thousands of Filipinos from all over Canada are expected to attend this grand annual celebration.
Last year, some 9,000 Filipinos from the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario, Montreal, and other states participated in the event.
The meet and greet with Marian and Motorola will be held at the Don Valley Hotel (formerly Crown Plaza) on June 8 at 6:00 p.m.
The event is made possible by Philippine Canadian Charitable Foundation, Philippine Chamber of Commerce, and the Philippines’ leading TV station GMA Network, through its international channels GMA Pinoy TV, GMA Life TV and GMA News TV.
On June 9, there will be live performances at the Metro Convention Center Hall D South Building.
The show will feature some of Toronto’s best local bands including the Philippine Heritage Band, plus world-class entertainment from the first all-male classical-pop tenor group known as the Il Divo of Asia, the Angelos.
Pinoy Fiesta and Trade Show sa Toronto will also feature the Culture Philippines of Ontario, the Ati-atihan Sinulog Competition, the Carlbana float display, a Santacruzan, ping pong tournaments, and over 200 booths with a wide variety of Pinoy products and merchandise.
Beauties will also be crowned Little Miss, Miss, and Mrs. Philippines in the 2012 PCCF Pageants!
